At the Harcourts Victoria quarterly awards held on Tuesday 24th April 2012, to celebrate the success of Harcourts Victoria's top offices, Ballarat has been awarded the top prize!  We are absolutley thrilled to be mixing it with the big guns in Melbourne and to have been able to take out this award!  Thank you to all our valued clients for helping us achieve this result.

We can't thank Peter Burley enough for the fantastic job he did selling our house.   After working unsuccessfully for some time with another agent we decided we needed to start fresh and seek a new real estate agent.   We heard Peter had recently sold another house quickly for a great price in our area so we set about meeting this successful agent!   When we engaged Peter to sell for us we told him we wanted someone who believed in our house, believed in our area and someone who would work for us as the sellers, after all we are the ones that were paying him.     We got heaps more than that with Peter.   He kept us informed all the way through our sale, he supplied us with data sheets of how many hits our advertising got on the internet and the follow up to those hits, what was selling in the area and after every inspection we got informed immediately of how the inspection went.    He kept in touch with us weekly even if things were quiet and we were never left wondering at any time.    We asked for results and Peter delivered.     We also highly commend Helen Stephens on her professional and friendly involvement throughout our journey.   It was, and still is, a pleasure to hear her bubbly voice on the phone.   Her positive attitude along with Peter's made the whole experience a real pleasure.     We will have no hesitation in calling Peter first next time we are selling!  It was great to deal with someone who is honest and friendly, believes in himself and his abilities and enjoys what he is doing - it's no wonder he keeps winning Awards!!
